 The purpose of Block Parties is to foster a sense of community in your neighborhood. It is a great way for neighbors to meet and keep in touch with one another. Homeowner's are able to be reimbursed up to $200.00 for Block Party items (stipulations are on the rules sheet).
If you would like to have a Block Party, please submit the following no later than 2 weeks before your scheduled Party: -signed rules form: Block Party Rules.pdf -invitation -invitation list (names & addresses)
You may send them to or drop them at the TSAC office. Management will review your forms and let you know at that time if you party is approved or not.
Following your event, you will need to fill out the Block Party Information Sheet -describing your event, attaching your original reciepts and 4 photos of the event.
