If you have latex oil, or water based paint stored in your garage you may now call CR&R Customer Service at (877) 728-0446 to schedule your free pick up. This service is provided with no additional cost to residents of the City of San Clemente. Be sure to provide the Customer Service Representative with specific information on quantities of each item. They will assist you by explaining how to prepare your material for collecton.

Is It Time to Repaint? 

Keeping Talega looking beautiful and harmonious is the principal purpose and goal of the Design Review Committee (DRC), that is why approval must be given for any exterior paint changes to your home (including but not limited to: garage doors, front doors, shutters, trim, gates, fences, etc.)

Per Article III, Section 3.4.1 of the CC&Rs, “any improvement may be repainted without Design Review Committee approval so long as the improvement is repainted the identical color which it was last painted” (DRC approved, if color changed) or the original Builder paint colors. The Talega Swim & Athletic Clubhouse has a set of Paint Color Books for review for owners who want to change the color scheme of their home. You will find the paint color chips for all of the color schemes in your neighborhood. The books also contain a majority of the original Builder color schemes.
